Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste
removal services from Doggie Duty Disposal.
We ask that you maintain your dog inside while services are being done to avoid any accidents. We use equipment such as a pressure washer, which can be potentially dangerously loud. Dogs may become frightened and approach the workers putting themselves at risk of injury. Dogs need to remain inside while yard cleaning is taking place for the safety of both the workers and the dogs themselves.
Dogs can be territorial and may perceive unfamiliar workers as a potential threat. Even friendly dogs can become anxious or defensive when strangers are in their vicinity.
To reduce the stress, we ask that you maintain your dog's inside for precautionary measures to ensure the safety of both the dogs and workers involved.
Please note we will try our best to have your yard look amazing, but we advise that you keep your yard maintenance up to date to receive the best service from DDD. When dog waste is hidden in tall grass or covered by leaves, it becomes difficult for DDD to locate and pick up. The waste may blend into the surroundings, making it challenging to identify and remove effectively. To ensure a successful waste pick-up service, it is essential to maintain clear and accessible areas for waste removal. Regular upkeeping with yard will result in satisfactory service. If no maintenance is done, we will work our best to pick up dog waste we see but might miss some due to yard not having maintenance.
The billing process for prepaid subscriptions may vary on the package. Making an upfront payment requires online payments done through our customer portal "Jobber" and it accepts major credit card forms of payment. If payment gets decline, services will be discontinued. until problem gets resolved. Late payments will be billed a late fee. After 30 days late fee will be sent to collections. One time clean up service will be invoiced on a one-time payment. Kindly note we do not give any refunds.
Customer can be present during service is done or allow DDD to enter the property without relying on the homeowners presence. Please note that if DDD has no yard access and has showed up to your home, service fee will be applied and no service will be done. Please note if keys were given to DDD for yard access and service gets terminated, it is customers responsibility to request for keys back.
When wanting to cancel services please advise at your soonest to avoid monthly subscription. Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled within a 24-hour notice. A gentle reminder that DDD doesn't give any refunds out.
Doggie Duty Disposal offers a variety of services such as one time clean up, weekly, bi-weekly, dog waste pick-up service. Please note that monthly services require an initial one time clean up. If reoccurring services pause or stop after 2 weeks, initial one-time cleanup is required again to obtain weekly services.
DDD will be closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
We will continue service the next business day.
While we can handle some rain or shine things can occur and depending on the severity of the weather, we may choose to reschedule for the following week or time when the weather conditions improve. We do not offer refunds,
for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore, in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to
pick up all of the dog waste that would have been scooped the prior week.
DDD collects personal information that you voluntarily give, unless you agreed otherwise. DDD may collect personal information to fulfill customer services and process payments. This information is necessary to complete transactions and ensure a smooth experience.
Personal information allows DDD to communicate with customers regarding their inquiries, request, or issues. It helps us provide customer support, answer questions and address concerns effectively.
We collect personal information to tailor marketing and advertising efforts. We may use photos/images to promote on website/social media account and etc. DDD may collect personal information to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes obligations related to taxation, fraud prevention, data protection, and consumer rights. DDD will never sell your information. Please note that we use a third-party application "Jobber" to collect payments, address, name and personal information. They will have their own terms that you agree to.
By choosing to use our services you are agreeing that DDD and its employees are not responsible for any damages, injuries or dog related issues that happen during or after service has been made on your property. Please note DDD can update these terms and conditions, from time to time without any notice to you. Kindly keep yourself updated through our website.
